Kenny Liebowitz

Kenny Liebowitz focuses his practice in the areas of probate, estate administration, and trust administration. Kenny assists fiduciaries in administering estates and trusts throughout Virginia, Maryland, and DC. Kenny has broad experience in preparing and filing documents required for estate and trust administration, including probate petitions, inventories, and accountings. 

Kenny maintains a practical and efficient approach to administering estates and trusts and is able to expertly guide executors and trustees through the administration process from start to finish.  He is process oriented and works with clients to create a step-by-step plan that is unique to each estate or trust. Kenny is able to counsel fiduciaries on all topics, including court filings, account and asset titling, and tax issues.

Kenny holds a B.A. and J.D. from Emory University in Atlanta and was previously an Associate Attorney in Estate Planning and Administration at David Albert & Associates, LLC in Bethesda.  He has also worked in the General Counsel’s Office for the Office of the City Administrator in Washington, DC and as Legal and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Placemakr.

In his free time, Kenny enjoys volunteering at pro bono service organizations that represent and advocate for unhoused individuals, at-risk children, tenants, and families in need of assistance.  He is an amateur magician and pianist, painting enthusiast, and avid tennis and basketball player.
