Thomas A. Noble focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, assisting clients and their advisers in developing comprehensive estate plans. His experience includes drafting estate planning documents; counseling regarding gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax issues; and the employment of various planning vehicles, such as dynastic trusts, insurance trusts and GRATs, to attain wealth planning and business succession objectives.
Prior to joining Cochran Law Group, Tom was an attorney with the Oregon Legal Center where he specialized in estate planning, probate, trust administration and fiduciary litigation. Before entering private practice, he clerked for the Honorable Carol Bispham of the Linn County (OR) Circuit Court, in the Clackamas County (OR) District Attorney’s Office and in the Oregon Department of Justice. Tom was active in the Clackamas County Bar Association for many years, serving as President Elect, Chair of the Pro Bono Committee, and Treasurer. Tom earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon and a B.A. with honors from American University.
