Aen Walker Webster dedicates her practice to estate planning and administration. She counsels clients on estate planning matters including charitable planning and business succession planning and advises fiduciaries on the administration of estates and trusts. Aen works frequently with individuals and families to maintain family assets and family harmony across generations. Aen draws on a multi-disciplinary background and her years of counseling clients to identify and bring solutions for complex issues. She has been fortunate to work with estate planning lawyers and other professionals throughout the United States and maintains an extensive network of contacts for the benefit of her clients. Aen has taught in local graduate programs and has been a frequent lecturer on estate planning topics at professional institutes and conferences. She is a long-standing member of the advisory committee for the Tax and Estate Planning Institute of Notre Dame Law School.

Aen is a summa cum laude graduate of Yale University where she was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her law degree from Leland Stanford Junior University and served as Associate Editor of the Stanford Law Review. After law school she served as judicial clerk to the Hon. James A. Belson of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Aen lives in Bethesda, Maryland. She is a native Washingtonian with strong roots in Tennessee and California. She is active in animal rescue and is always happy to discuss estate planning options for pets and companion animals.
